Cancellation Policy

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies for individual appointments are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your coach will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your coach and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

The following policies apply to group sessions:

  • Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in an event for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply. I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when planning group events. I have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

  • More than 30 days prior to the start of the event you receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee. 

  • 16-30 days prior to the start of the event, you receive a 50% refund.

  • 0-15 days prior to the start of the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
